As a Technical Analyst, you will be helping my clients users resolve technical issues with various software applications on a day-to-day basis. Assisting with technical support on projects where necessary.
KEY SKILLS
- Investigating new software that is to be rolled out within the business as well as researching existing software to ensure business efficiency where needed.
- Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for delivery of solution.
- You have the ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts.
- Definition and documentation of business and functional requirements including best practices and continual improvement.
- Act as interface between business functions and IT technical resource

- Problem solving and decision-making ability
- Strong Excel
- Strong Viso
- Delivery focused and not easily distracted
- Proven ability to work independently and with initiative to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
