Meridian are working with a renowned and reputable Facilities Management company in the North-west which specialise in commercial and healthcare facilities. They are looking to expand their team, and are therefore looking to incorporate a Mobile Maintenance Plumber. The role will involve travel across the North-west, predominantly in and around Liverpool and Manchester.

Duties include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance on healthcare facilities
- Remedial and repair work in existing buildings, such as boiler systems, heating and sanitary pipework, installation of drainage systems etc.
- Installation, maintenance and repairs of gas appliance systems
- Regular inspection and repair work to ensure continued performance of plumbing facilities on site, using specialised equipment to diagnose and fix the problems accordingly
Requirements:
- Blue or Gold CSCS Card inMechanical Trade(s)
- Gas Safe Accreditation for working on gas appliance systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
