Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering company in their search for an experienced permanent Pipefitter Welder to work at one of their Warrington based project sites.
For the successful Pipefitter Welder our client is offering:
- Up to £20 per hour (PAYE)
- £22 - £24 per hour (CIS)
- PAYE: Overtime paid at x1.5 for weekdays & Saturday
- PAYE: Overtime paid at x2 for Sundays & bank Holidays
- Enhanced Overtime rates available for CIS
- Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
- Temp to perm opportunity
The Role: Pipefitter Welder
- Fabrication of pipework from drawings
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems
- Weld and assemble pipes according to specifications
- TIG welding on stainless steel & carbon steel
- Inspect and test installed systems for leaks or other issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
What our client is looking for in a Pipefitter Welder
- City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Welding and Fabrication BENEFICIAL
- Full Driving Licence
- CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent - BENEFIICAL
- Coded or previously coded - BENEFICIAL
- Experience with TIG welding ESSENTIAL
- Ability to interpret complex drawings - ESSENTIAL
- Hygiene Pipe Welding Experience - BENEFICIAL
- Ability to fabricate pipework from drawings - ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge of various pipe materials, fittings, and joining methods.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
