This highly regarded house builder has experienced significant growth since its inception and is now aiming to expand even further, with a target of reaching 700 units within the next two years. Specialising in a diverse range of residential projects across Greater Manchester, they focus on designing and building high-quality, affordable, and sustainable homes, along with apartments, and new builds. In this role you will plan drawing packages, attend site meetings, support site staff with any technical queries, deal with building control and planning queries, and complete drawings for a range of residential sites. This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar role for a housebuilder/consultancy, and someone who is looking to progress into senior positions.
To be considered for this role, you must have design experience in the residential sector. This is an office-based role with site travel once a week.
