Hotel General Manager, full service hotel, lesiure driven property. £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Could suit an experienced Ops or Deputy looking for 1st GM appointment.
The Role:
- A General Manager that can lead from the front, further capitalising on its current position in the market and seizing the opportunity to drive the service offering forwards through effective leadership, strong commercial and financial acumen and a passion for the guest journey.
- An experienced Operations/Deputy GM or current GM
- Previous experience within circa 50-100 bedroom full service hotels with a strong mix of rooms and F&B and revenues of £3 million plus.
- The ability to drive revenue, maximising on opportunities presented
- Mentor and motivate your team, able to inspire and motivate your staff in challenging circumstances
- Recruit, retain and develop exceptional talent utilising your skills and experiences, knowing what excellence means and how to recruit and retain it
- Be able to evidence a strong commercial and financial acumen, showcasing your ability to maximise revenue for your property, not only via innovative ideas but also getting the foundations right
- Personable and engaging with a strong sense of standards.
- A key focus on driving F&B revenues across C&E and Restaurant/Bar areas by evolving the current offering
- Using innovation and implementing new ideas to attract a wider customer base
