Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing, technology-driven business to recruit an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to take ownership of UK and Europe, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the monthly management accounts process for UK and Europe.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly board reports, providing financial analysis and insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and monitor key business KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategy.
- Manage and develop the finance team, covering all areas including payroll and taxation.
- Take ownership of the annual budgeting process, working closely with business unit leaders.
- Act as the primary liaison for audit and tax teams, ensuring a smooth audit process.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience as a Financial Reporting/Controller.
- Proven experience in managing a finance team and working with senior leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
Salary/Package:
- Competitive salary of £60,000 to £75,000
