As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads.
Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and business strategies.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and advise on cost control and operational efficiencies.
Manage the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
Assist in preparing financial statements for audits.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and project work as required.
Identify areas for financial process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
