Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Management Accountant to join their team in Warwick. You will be responsible for providing accurate and data-based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically will be key in this role.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant
- Prepare monthly management accounts and present them to senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage financial systems/models
- Carry out business modelling and risk assessments
- Directly assist in the company's budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data and provide insightful feedback
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
What the successful candidate will bring
- Fully qualified accountant
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports
- Ability to strategise and solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
