Senior Management Accountant Remote Working - 1 day a fortnight in Hampshire SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing SME business in the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant. As an international business, growing through acquisition, our client is seeking to add to their finance team. We are seeking an experienced management accountant - part qualified or qualified by experience to undertake the following: Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights into key variances. Collaborate with operational teams to understand cost drivers and provide recommendations for cost control. Financial Analysis: Supporting the production of the management accounts including journal posting and revenue reconciliations Full responsibility for balance sheet control including the approval of balance sheet reconciliations Conduct financial analyses, including variance analysis for partnering with cost centre managers across the business Collaborate with operational teams to understand cost drivers and provide recommendations for cost control. Project Implementation: Identify where efficiencies within the business can be made and investigate potential solutions through cost-benefit analysis. Assist in the implementation of projects and/or lead a departmental projects which have been identified by you or the business.
