We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Office Administrator to join our client's team in Warwick. This role involves a variety of administrative and reception duties, ensuring smooth operations within the office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and play a crucial role in maintaining our company's compliance and efficiency.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, direct calls, and take messages.
  • Greet and accommodate guests/visitors, including making refreshments.
  • Oversee the photocopier, manage paper supplies, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
  • Keep the stationary cupboard well-stocked and manage supply orders.
  • Prepare method and O&M statements using information from the Contracts Manager.
  • Verify subcontractor compliance with necessary insurance and training.
  • Handle health & safety documentation and track assessments.
  • Support health & safety compliance and conduct weekly fire alarm tests.
  • Manage the holiday calendar and process weekly timesheets.
  • Assist in ordering stock and maintaining records of equipment services.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing and archiving.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional demeanour and proactive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
