We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Office Administrator to join our client's team in Warwick. This role involves a variety of administrative and reception duties, ensuring smooth operations within the office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and play a crucial role in maintaining our company's compliance and efficiency.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, direct calls, and take messages.
- Greet and accommodate guests/visitors, including making refreshments.
- Oversee the photocopier, manage paper supplies, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
- Keep the stationary cupboard well-stocked and manage supply orders.
- Prepare method and O&M statements using information from the Contracts Manager.
- Verify subcontractor compliance with necessary insurance and training.
- Handle health & safety documentation and track assessments.
- Support health & safety compliance and conduct weekly fire alarm tests.
- Manage the holiday calendar and process weekly timesheets.
- Assist in ordering stock and maintaining records of equipment services.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing and archiving.
- Professional demeanour and proactive attitude.
- Highly motivated with strong time management skills.
- Capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
