We arerecruitinga Transport Office Administratorfor our customer based inWellesbourne, Warwickshire working with 2 of the world's more prestigious brands. You will be working in a logistics environment.
The position is on-going with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Pay/Hours:
(Apply online only) - 11.62ph(42 hours per week)
Required:
Customer service experience (or similar)
Data entry experience
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft package knowledge
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Own transport (essential) or living locally to Wellesbourne
The Role
- Working at the front desk of a busy transport department
- Briefing and debriefing drivers at the beginning and end of their shift
- Handing out keys and paperwork
- Answering calls
- Downloading driver digicards
- Data entry
- Sending emails
