The Opportunity:Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about education? We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful character development programmes for schools. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating educational trips, managing school partnerships, and ensuring smooth operations to support student development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Programme Coordination – Overseeing the planning and execution of educational trips and activities, ensuring they align with school objectives.
  • School Engagement – Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools to understand their needs and tailor programmes accordingly.
  • Supplier & Funding Management – Negotiating with suppliers and identifying funding opportunities to make experiences more accessible.
  • Project Management – Tracking student progress and ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.
  • Collaboration – Working closely with internal teams to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Research & Development – Identifying trends and opportunities to improve and expand services.
