Microsoft 365 Application Specialist – 18 Month FTC to perm - Remote with travel to Warwick – Salary £50,000 - £55,00 DOE + Excellent benefits

Working for an established company based in Warwick we are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Application Specialist / Business Systems Specialist . Working on mainly remote basis but on site when required. You will play a critical role acting as the glue between non technical Business Units and the M365 Applications team, working with key stakeholders to understand pain points and processes, harnessing the power of M365 to realise business benefits. Streamlining manual process through the power of M365 and show casing all that is possible within the suite of applications. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement and development and administration of the existing Microsoft 365 through user engagement, support, troubleshooting and development of process using Power Apps across both desktop and Mobile devices. The adoption of M365 is still fairly new so there are lots of opportunity to add value early on.

Experience & Skills we would like to see

  • Experience in a similar role where you have worked with Power Automate
  • Experience in MS Power Apps
  • Focus on the use of Intranet, SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications globally and the delivery to end users. Develop processes, deploy features, and provide application support to all functional areas and business units.
  • Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications (technical demonstrations, consultation, and support of existing functionality)
  • Ensure data security and integrity of business applications
  • Change Management
  • System Configuration and Development
  • Ability to hold stakeholder workshops and present solutions
  • User training
  • Process Documentation and configuration
