What we are looking for in this Workshop Manager jobs role

• Hands-on experience with mechanical fitting / assembly of machine components
• Team leadership experience in a similar role within manufacturing
• Someone who looks to improve a process and a continuous improvement mindset
• SME doer mentality whilst its an international manufacturing business, this is an agile, growing and highly profitable SME
• Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering
