Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales ledger, including the processing of invoices and receipts
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity
  • Assisting with credit control and following up on outstanding payments
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a finance or accounts department
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills
