- Level 3 NVQ Vehicle Accident Repair Body Principles (or equivalent)
- Some hands-on experience in a mechanical or body repair environment (desirable but not essential)

- A full UK driving licence

- Attending Jaguar Land Rover training courses to gain recognised qualifications
