** Temporary Bookkeeper / Administrator needed **

** 16hrs per week across 4 days **
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our Warwick client on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with managing daily finances, using Xero, and providing administration support.
Typical duties are likely to include:
- Managing suppliers, and handling accounts receivable and payable.
- Answering the phone.
- General administrative duties.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Knowledge of Xero is essential.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good telephone manner
- An ability to work with a number of different software systems.
