- Locking/unlocking and securing the school premises across the campus.
- Undertaking regular compliance inspections and audits across the estate via the school's dedicated software.
- Responding to reactive and planned maintenance tasks issued via the school's CAFM software and undertaking minor projects during non-term time.
- Daily management of the school's hydro swimming pools and plant (full training provided).
- Flexible approach to working hours and patterns with the ability to work within and contribute to the overall continual development of the estates team.

- Part-time:20 hours per week, year-round
- Working Hours:
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 2:30 PM to 8:15 PM
- Thursday: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Friday: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Contract Type:PermanentSalary:
- Full-time Equivalent:£24,790 - £25,183
- Actual Salary:£13,400 - £13,612
- Pay Scale:E5 to E6
