Business Analyst – 6-Month Contract – Outside IR35 – Hybrid – Warwick

VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation in Warwick who are seeking a Business Analyst to support during an exciting period of digital transformation, with several important projects underway.

The role:

As Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in reviewing current processes, gathering requirements, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring solutions are aligned to business needs.

This Business Analyst role would particularly suit someone with experience in Windows 11 upgrades, large-scale system migrations, and strong process and application mapping skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather and prioritise requirements.
  • Develop clear and actionable use cases, business requirements documents, process maps, and system specifications.
  • Collect and analyse data to provide insights that support project decision-making.
  • Work closely with project and development teams to support solution design, testing (including UAT), and implementation.
  • Provide deployment support including training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven experience delivering digital change and transformation projects, ideally including Windows 11 upgrades or large system migrations.
  • Strong process mapping (As Is - To Be) and application mapping capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • A self-starter who’s confident working independently without needing constant direction. Ability to quickly adapt to new projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must hold current SC Clearance & NPPV3 clearance or eligibility to obtain these clearances
