My client is an Electrical Wholesaler based in the Midlands.
I am looking for a Branch Manager for a branche in Warwick. Im looking for the right candidate to come in and help the branch thrive.Â
Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly  Skills:
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record in sales management
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective time management and organisational abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
- Sound administrative skills for managing branch operations effectively
- Previous experience in Electrical Wholesale essential  Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car (Combustion Engine or Electric vehicle) + % bonus taking you to £80k - £100K (Realistic end of year salary as other Branch Managers have hit their targets)Â
