Role: Business Change Manager

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Warwick (2 days in the office)

Rate: 550 per day (umbrella)

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a vital role in our client's Cyber Security programme team. You will be responsible for leading and delivering crucial business change activities, supporting the implementation of new controls and processes, and successfully handing over into the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's operations.

Here's what you'll be getting up to:

  • Championing the importance of business change within the programme and wider business area to ensure that all key stakeholders fully understand and embrace business change management.
  • Providing change expertise and guidance to support the successful delivery of individual projects, utilising a range of best practice change approaches.
  • Delivering high-quality change outcomes across the programme, working on multiple projects concurrently, and collaborating directly with the Programme Managers, Project Managers, Sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and defining go/no-go criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Integrating change management activities into the overarching project plan.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to formulate business change impact assessments, aligning them with project plans and ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working and transformation.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in business change management within a large and complex programme.
  • A proven track record of influencing a wide stakeholder group to achieve project benefits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining robust business change plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
