GI Group are proud to be working in partnership with an international known safety manufacturing company based in Warwick. Due to increased expansion and workload this is an exciting time to join a world-renowned company.

Job Role:

As a facilities person, you will be tasked for carrying out operational objectives through skilled repair and maintenance as well as liaising with required third parties.

Typical Duties will involve:

  • Fixing broken or malfunctioning equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and other infrastructure.
  • Where possible placing short-term measures in place whilst co-ordinating for applicable (if required) professional support.
  • Performs troubleshooting on site where possible.
  • Where required, arranging and co-ordinating applicable professional support through contracts and agreed quotes through POs.
  • Ensuring the facility is clean and presentable, which might include tasks like sweeping, mopping, painting/decorating and waste disposal.
  • Manages reports and records as well as explains the actions and procedures carried out with the suggested solutions.
  • Maintaining logs of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • 20 hours per week (flexible)

Experience:

  • Work within maintenance sector
  • Driving licence (ideally)
  • Full right to work within UK
