Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Wellesbourne area close to Stratford & Warwick for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel which has a busy brasserie stryle restaurant alongside conferences and banqueting. You will work under the guidance of a talented and experienced Head Chef. The role can offer straight shifts and an immediate start for the right candidate.

The Role
- Running and managing the hotel restaurant kitchen alongside Head Chef
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals using fresh produce
- Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
