Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a newly created role as After Sales Strategy & Planning Manager. As the incumbent, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of the After Sales strategic planning cycle. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of after-sales strategy & planning to capitalise on opportunities, sustain robust growth, and drive continuous improvement. Moreover, you will be instrumental in providing the team with a clear vision of future possibilities and guiding them towards success.
You’ll lead steering committees, forecast future trends, uncover opportunities, address obstacles, and ensure accountability. You’ll embrace ownership, foster a can-do attitude, and stay inquisitive as you navigate through dynamic responsibilities.
As our After Sales Strategy & Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the senior management team. Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar automotive role
- Broad automotive understanding
- Commercial understanding of the customer journey & after-sales
- Project delivery skills
- Knowledge of strategy and planning
This is a full-time hybrid role between our Gaydon and Milton Keynes sites, embracing a flexible 08:30 – 17:30 schedule Mon-Thurs and 08:30 – 15:30 on Fridays.
