We are recruiting a Pricing Manager from a B2B SaaS, FinTech, Consultancy background. Who has worked with a subscription based pricing model.

If you have a pricing background from Energy, Banking, Telecoms or Healthcare please do not apply as we are not seeking a candidate from this sector.

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Location: Working from home is available but you must be able to visit the Warwick head office once per week.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to develop and manage pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. You will play a key role in analysing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and assessing competitor pricing. By leveraging this data, you will develop pricing models that align with our business goals and market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement pricing models for both new and existing products, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accuracy and consistency, utilizing advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations clearly and effectively to internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in pricing and revenue management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Pricing Manager role, specifically within a subscription-based model.
  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or consultancy is preferred; candidates from energy, healthcare, or telecoms industries will also be considered.
  • Proven track record in developing and optimizing complex pricing models for B2B markets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with pricing software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
