This is an amazing opportunity to progress your career within a modern luxury Brand - The client is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Experience reporting to the Head of Brand & PartnershipsThis is a business critical role that will lead the development and execution of brand identity and experiential strategy. You will guide and inspire the team to deliver deeply immersive brand collateral and experiences for customers, suppliers, strategic partners and internal teams.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury branding, strong design sensibilities, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.

This is a hybrid role working across a Bicester location and an office in Leamington Spa and Shalford, Surrey

What you’ll doBrand Identity Strategy: Define and lead the overarching brand identity and experiential strategy, ensuring it aligns with the Brand's luxury positioning and long-term vision. Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, retail environments, and eventsCreative Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop the Brand Identity & Experience team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Provide clear, strategic direction and constructive feedback to elevate the creative output. Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the global Brand TeamCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments across the business; from Creative, Design, Marketing, Comms, Sales, Real Estate and more to ensure the brand identity is consistently applied across all channels. Partner on major campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to ensure alignment with the brand’s identity.Global Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand identity is applied consistently across all markets and regions. Work closely with the Head of Brand & Partnerships to ensure brand collateral is always consistent to the brand, product strategy and strategic priorities. Adapt the brand identity to international markets while maintaining the core brand values and aesthetics.Brand Direction & Delivery: Lead the conceptualisation, design and ultimate delivery of brand material, retail spaces, events, pop-ups, exhibitions, sponsored environments and internal events. Oversee, manage and deliver all creative brand production, working directly with suppliers and production agencies, ensuring budgets and timescales are managed and communicated with internal stakeholdersBrand Governance: Serve as the guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines. Address any deviations and provide solutions to maintain brand integrityInnovation and Evolution: Continuously explore and identify opportunities to innovate and evolve the brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts in the luxury sector.

Who you are• Independent, detail orientated and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment• Hands-on, adaptable and able to prioritise quickly• Be commercially-aware and values-led• Be collaborative, with a culturally-aware mindset and global perspective• Be a motivated, charismatic leader and creative thinker who is well connected with relevant networks• Have experience in the luxury sector• Bold and innovative, you aren’t afraid to push boundaries and expectations, and you have an innate knowledge of what a contemporary luxury brand feels and looks like• Proven track record of successfully leading the development of a high-profile brand on a global scale, from concept, design and delivery• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Digital, Brand Design or related field• Significant experience in a luxury or automotive brand with a strong portfolio showcasing highly branded, commercial and relevant experience• Understanding of print techniques and production• Detailed understanding of Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)• 3D modelling and rendering (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max)• Detailed understanding of PPT• Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a deep understanding of brand dynamics
