We're excited to be offering a hybrid Senior Sales Manager position working with our client, a highly regarded and well-respected company working within the property sector.
This position is available due to company progression and business levels. Therefore, they require an experienced Manager with a track record of managing in a telesales environment or a background as a Regional / Area Manager role within Estate Agency / Lettings.
Working hours:
- Full time
- Hybrid working
- Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
- No weekends or bank holidays
The successful Senior Sales Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary
- On Target earnings of £60,000 - £80,000

To be considered for the Senior Sales Manager role you must have:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team - coaching and training them to achieve KPIs
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Driven and organised individual
As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will involve:
- Overseeing telephone-based sales team
- Set and manage team KPIs
- Attending client meetings and conferences
- Managing client relationships - developing existing and seeking new business
- Advising team on company products and packages
- Conduct internal meetings
- Work alongside other Managers to achieve the company's overall goals
