Job Description:
Holden Knight Healthcare is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Children’s Home Managers in the Midlands, Birmingham and Warwick area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for working with children and young people in care, who can lead a team and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a children's residential home, ensuring all standards of care are met in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated staff, promoting a positive and supportive environment for children and staff alike.
- Ensure all safeguarding procedures are in place and adhered to, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
- Manage budgets, staff rotas, and other operational aspects of the home.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver continuous improvement and drive the service forward.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a children's residential care home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Services) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
