About the Role: 

We are delighted to partner with a respected insurance broker in Warwick, boasting over 50 years of industry experience. We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their supportive team. This role provides a unique opportunity to deliver tailored insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met through annual renewals, policy updates, and addressing any concerns. 

  • New Business: Proactively secure new business and collaborate with the Account Handler and team to streamline new and existing business. Enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

  • Client Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings with clients, both at their premises and in the office, to review insurance needs, provide expert advice, and build long-term relationships. 

  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with internal teams to meet business goals, report on performance metrics, and provide insights to improve service offerings. 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance. 

  • Strong client management and communication skills. 

  • Career-driven with a professional attitude. 

  • Familiarity with the Acturis broking system is advantageous but not essential. 

The Offer: 

  • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum plus a highly attractive bonus structure.
