Responsibilities:

Project Management and Oversight:

* Manage all aspects of the two water projects, including planning, execution, and completion.* Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across both sites.* Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

* Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.* Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management.* Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Technical Expertise:

* Manage and supervise various water infrastructure works, such as:* Pipe installation and repair* Pump station construction* Reservoir and treatment plant upgrades* Water main and sewer line construction* Ensure quality control measures are implemented across both sites.* Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.

Health and Safety:

* Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures across both sites.* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate safety records.

Reporting and Documentation:

* Prepare and submit regular progress reports, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation.* Ensure clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Number of years of proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on water infrastructure projects.
  • SMSTS, TWC/ TWS, Black/ Gold CSCS card
  • In-depth knowledge of water engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license.
