Your new companyOur client is an established main contractor working on civil works within the water sector. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their team. This is a full-time site-based position based in the Warwickshire area.Your new roleAs Site Agent you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Understanding and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Writing and completing RAMS
- Ensuring detailed site records are maintained and archived
- Supervising and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specified quality
- Assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in civil works within the water industry in a site management capacity
- A CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
