Programme Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple complex automotive projects simultaneously
Act as the main point of contact for international clients
Manage project reviews, timing plans, budgets, and negotiations
Ensure all activities follow best practice and project policies
Provide customer support across the full programme lifecycle
Report on financial performance and overall project health

Requirements:

Fluent in both German and English
Strong background in automotive project management (ideally motorsport/drivetrain)
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Project
Structured problem-solving experience (e.g. 8D methodology)
APM membership or equivalent (desirable)
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (advantageous)
