Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service and support via phone and email.
  • Resolve order-related queries, handle refunds, and follow up on deliveries.
  • Liaise with dealers to ensure prompt order fulfillment and re-scheduling as needed.
  • Manage administration tasks related to customer orders.
  • Continuously suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
