- Welcome customers and explain the services offered by the dealership.
- Listen to and document customers' vehicle concerns, passing the information on to mechanics.
- Consult with mechanics about repairs and offer cost-effective alternatives when possible.
- Answer customer inquiries about service outcomes (after consulting with mechanics as needed).
- Coordinate with customers and mechanics to schedule vehicle check-ups and service appointments.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to effectively liaise between customers and mechanics.
- A passion for cars and understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
