My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Process Mapping Analyst to join their team Based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

Our client, a leading player in the utilities industry, is seeking a talented Process Mapping Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be a vital part of the Connections Reform Programme team, working towards achieving quicker connections for viable and Net Zero aligned projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process maps and workflow modelling, collaborating with process owners to ensure clear understanding and definition of processes.
  • Develop and update process documents in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Support end-user testing and iterate processes as necessary.
  • Assist in creating knowledge articles, guides, training materials, and other supporting documents to embed new processes within the organisation.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive process repository.

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring accuracy and precision throughout the process mapping.
  • Ability to convert complex processes into easy-to-follow steps for end-users.
  • Confidence to question and challenge subject matter experts to identify gaps or issues.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Working knowledge of process mapping software, such as IBM Blueworks, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:
