Job Title:Power BI Developer
Location:Warwick, UK - Once per month onsite
Remuneration:Up to £550 per day
Contract Details:Contract, 12 months - Potential to extend

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring clarity in communication.
- Identify and analyse data sources, crafting metric documentation and dashboard blueprints.
- Partner with internal DataSphere engineers to design and build data pipelines and models from various sources.
- Create high-quality, self-serve Power BI HR analytics content, including interactive dashboards with advanced and predictive analytics.
- Develop HR Performance dashboards to monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs, and health metrics.
- Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with Data Governance policies.
- Build access and controls frameworks for the Power BI dashboard suite.
- Manage workload effectively to meet key programme milestones.
Technical/Specialist Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in fast-paced project environments, with a passion for innovative problem-solving.
- Background in gathering requirements and conducting analytics, especially within HR systems.
- Advanced proficiency in data transformation, analytical modelling, and DAX coding.
- Demonstrated success in delivering advanced Power BI content and innovative visual analytics.
- Familiarity with Data Governance concepts and role-based security frameworks.
- Current knowledge of Power BI updates to optimise dashboard performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management Information Systems, Business, or Data Analytics; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in HR data visualisation analytics with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and related reporting products is highly desirable.
