They are now looking to recruit a Data Coordinator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract; Monday – Friday. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data/records across the organisation databases. The right candidate would have previous experience in a data entry role using SAP as a desirable and has a proficiency using Microsoft applications, especially Excel and can multi-task and prioritise time effectively.   • Input and maintain material and customer records using SAP.
  • Input and maintain the data in the databases across the organisation, ensuring it is inline with business requirements and timelines.
  • Complete/run audits on a regular basis to ensure optimum data accuracy.
  • Able to identify any errors in the data, whilst providing relevant feedback to be able to improve processes in both the data collection and input.
  • Maintain information of all billing outputs and contact emails.
  • Provide support to the wider team as and when necessary.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Data Entry, Data Admin or Data Coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in using SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be a great team player and be proactive in your approach to work.
Additional Information
  • Monday- Friday.
  • 12-months FTC.
  • 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), plus bank holidays.
  • On-site parking.
