- Input and maintain material and customer records using SAP.
- Input and maintain the data in the databases across the organisation, ensuring it is inline with business requirements and timelines.
- Complete/run audits on a regular basis to ensure optimum data accuracy.
- Able to identify any errors in the data, whilst providing relevant feedback to be able to improve processes in both the data collection and input.
- Maintain information of all billing outputs and contact emails.
- Provide support to the wider team as and when necessary.
- Previous experience in a Data Entry, Data Admin or Data Coordinator role.
- Proficiency in using SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; Excel at an intermediate level.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a great team player and be proactive in your approach to work.
- Monday- Friday.
- 12-months FTC.
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), plus bank holidays.
