We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, sales focused individual, to take charge of our retail gift shops. As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high store standards, and unleash your creativity to explore new and exciting revenue opportunities.
In this role, you'll be more than just a leader—you’ll be a coach, a motivator, and a key player in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. With no two days the same, you’ll be involved in everything from stock control and visual merchandising to food hygiene audits and shop upkeep.
This is a fixed-term position contracted until January 2025. Shifts will include weekends on a roster basis and due to the nature of the business this can also include bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader (essential)
- High levels of pro-activity within an operational setting with problem solving skills
- Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Have been involved with organising, motivating, and coaching a team
- A passion for retail and a keen eye for detail
