The Role
Were looking for aPart-Time Digital Marketing Specialistto lead and deliver our digital marketing strategy. This is a flexible, collaborative roleideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and has experience in B2B marketing, particularly in professional services. We are very flexible on days and working hours, but we ask for you to be present in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and optimise content across our website, blog, and social media platforms (especially Linked In)
- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows
- Create engaging, relevant content for HR and recruitment audiences
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future activity
- Support the creation of marketing materials and employer branding initiatives
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally within HR, recruitment, or professional services
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Confident using platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, and Linked In
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Creative thinker with a results-focused mindset
Role Details
- Part-time: approx. 1015 hours per week (flexible)
