The Role:
We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer to lead and execute data-driven campaigns that drive business growth into new sectors. You'll work alongside internal stakeholders to shape marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and provide clear proof of ROI. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering marketing strategies to expand into new markets, particularly manufacturing and the public sector.
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Managing end-to-end marketing processes, from strategy creation to execution and reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
- Managing marketing budgets and overseeing external agency relationships.
Important Stuff:
- Location:WFH 3 days a week, with office locations easily accessible from Warwick, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Rugby & Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Salary: Up to £45k DOE.
