Salary: 30,000- 38,000 dependent on experience
I am actively seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join a highly successful Architectural Practice in Warwick. This well establish practice have earnt themselves an excellent reputation for their creative and technically expert designs across a range of sectors. Their talented team of technicians, Architects and designers work on a number of significant projects such as high-end hotels, commercial, education and conservation.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a few years of post-qualification experience, with excellent technical drawings and experience using Vectorworks.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A HND /HNC or degree in Architectural technology or similar
- A few years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Working towards Chartership (CIAT member)
- Strong technical abilities
- Job running experience is beneficial
- Experience using Vectorworks
- Experience in a mix of sectors preferably hospitality, workplace or education
- Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
- Ability to produce high quality detailed technical drawings
- Help to manage the emergent technical team members
- Live locally to Warwick
