Role: Aftermarket Safety Specialist

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £48,000 pa DOE

Are you passionate about health and safety? Join us as an Aftermarket Safety Specialist and help us uphold the highest safety standards within our aftermarket function. Reporting directly to the Operations General Manager, you'll provide guidance and support to employees and management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Your goal will be to foster a workplace culture that prioritises the safety and well-being of all employees.

In this role, you will liaise with site managers and the H&S team to improve risk assessments, update SOPs, and implement safety improvements. You will also brief HGV Techs and FSEs on safe systems of work, identify potential hazards, and determine ways to reduce risks.
