We are delighted to be working with an evolving, customer focused business based in Warwick. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture, where innovation and collaboration are paramount. With expansion plans in the pipeline we are supporting with the search for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their supportive and sociable finance team. This role will enable you to take ownership of specified areas, run end to end payroll and get involved with various projects. As the company grows the role will too!

This opportunity comes with an annual salary of up to 35,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process end to end payroll (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Process and make adjustments for SSP, SMP, pensions, bonus, commission etc.
  • Produce P45, P60 etc.
  • Support with year-end.
  • Maintain and update payroll records.
  • Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports and documentation.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Candidate Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with a good knowledge of end to end payroll.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
