Senior Finance Manager
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a Warwick based SME business, part of a large international group, in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful and established business, reporting to the Finance Director, undertaking all aspects of financial management, including monthly reporting and control, budgeting and forecasting, and involvement in projects.

The ideal candidate:

- Minimum 5 years finance and accounting experience
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA part qualified or qualified by experience
- Desire to make a difference and continuously improve
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience of using an ERP-Accountancy package, preferably SAP

Key duties will include:

- Manage all accounting operations including General Ledger and Controlling, Inventory accounting and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy, quality and suitable control.
- Co-ordinate and direct the preparation of the budgets and forecasts.
- Co-ordinate, prepare, review and report the management accounts in accordance with the deadlines and requirements of the group.
- Produce, deliver, and improve all management reporting.
- Participate in projects to enhance the business which may be cross functional.
- Support with the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Support month end and year end close process.

£50,000-£55,000
Hybrid working (approximately 3 days in the office)
