Are you a financial planning administrator, looking for a new role with opportunities to develop your career and study for industry exams, with a hybrid working pattern.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Advisers and paraplanning team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Obtaining and collating provider information and illustrations.
  • Processing and submitting new business and monitoring the progress. Dealing with investment, pension, and protection business.
  • Liaising with clients and delivering a full customer service.
  • Preparing valuation reports, performance documentation and review checklists.
  • Processing and monitoring switches with providers or electronically.
  • Completing withdrawal instructions for clients. Updating back-office systems.

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within Financial Services
  • Experience with Intelligent Office by Intelliflo would be an advantage
