The Role:As an Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the advisers, ensuring efficient processing and management of client documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing new business applications and associated paperwork.
  • Maintaining and updating client records on Intelligent Office.
  • Managing client transactions and assisting with trades on Provider Platforms.
  • Responding promptly to client, provider, and adviser queries.
  • Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
