Rapier Employment Ltd is seeking experienced HLOP (High Level Order Picker) drivers for ongoing work in Wellesbourne.
The pay rate is £13.22 per hour, with overtime at £18.33 per hour after 39 hours.
Candidates must have a valid and in-date HLOP certificate and experience in material handling.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday from 06:16 to 15:15 and Friday from 06:15 to 11:15.
This position requires a motivated team player with basic maths skills and attention to detail.

You’ll be responsible for safely operating HLOP forklifts to load, unload, and move goods.Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to load/unload lorries and move materials
Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Conduct forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance
Assist with shipping, receiving, and heavy lifting
Work with the team to improve efficiency
Manual lifting may be required (handling equipment will be provided if needed)

Requirements

Valid and in-date HLOP certificate (Essential)

Knowledge of material handling and safety rules
Familiarity with WMS is a plus
Basic maths skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and handle goods safely
