About the role of Administrator

As an Administrator in the Claims Assessment team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the claims process and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

? Providing administrative support to the Claims Team? Speaking with policyholders, suppliers, and internal departments about claims? Accurately recording customer interactions in the CRM system? Applying critical thinking to assess and process insurance claims? Creating spreadsheets and reports

What we’re looking for in an Administrator.

? Experience in administration, customer service, call centres, or insurance? Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills? Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities? Great organisational skills to manage workloads efficiently? Strong written and verbal communication skills? A curious mindset with tenacity and research skills

(Previous experience in insurance claims or knowledge of motor/home insurance is a bonus but not essential.)
