Are you an experienced CAMHS Nurse looking for your next challenge? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to join our core team on a 6-month locum contract, working in the vibrant Warwick area. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, making a real difference to young people and families in the local community!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of children and young people (CYP) with mental health conditions, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Reduce Risk: Play a pivotal role in reducing the risk of young people on the waiting list by providing immediate intervention and support.
  • Patient Flow: Ensure smooth patient flow and alleviate pressure on existing team members, contributing to a reduction in wait times.
  • Family-Focused Care: Deliver high-quality, child and family-centered services, hitting performance and quality targets.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with external partners including education, social care, acute services, and third-sector organizations to achieve shared goals for CYP.
